In most cases we prefer to utilize our suppliers for all of our equipment needs. This way we get the latest and best types of equipment that is best suited to your budget and needs and not simply grabbing something thats 5 years old and sitting on our shelf waiting to get rented. We do have some gear that works great for small meetings but technology changes so fast that their is something out there that is a better fit for your event.
